The following privacy policy of lukop Inc. ("Company", "We", "Our", "Us", "lukop") aims to describe how personal data of users is collected, used, and protected when using any of the "Services" of lukop, which include downloading the mobile application, registering and using the mobile application, interacting with the website, platform, and/or social networks.

The use of lukop's Services is strictly intended for adults (individuals 18 years and older). lukop reserves the right to verify the age of users of the mobile application at any time.

What personal data of users does lukop use?

The personal information that user voluntarily provides during the registration process of our Services; when the user expresses interest in obtaining additional information about us or when browsing our website, application or social networks; when the user contacts our equipment for support or information and/or when the user uses/participates in the Services offered.

Personal information provided directly by the user: the personal information that is collected depends on the type of user interaction with lukop and its services, the information provided by the user, and the decisions or permissions that the user voluntarily selects. The following personal information may be collected:

Name(s) and surname(s)
Mailing address including city, state, and zip code
Phone numbers
Email addresses
Government issued personal identification document
Registration data for mobile application (Usernames and Passwords)
Authentication of data through social networks
Authentication of data through document identification issued by the government (such as: driver's license, identity card)
Payment methods used during mobile app transactions (credit card number and billing address)
Other data collected during the use of lukop services consists of photographs of published articles, descriptions of published articles, opinions and/or comments about lukop services

Sensitive information: Only with the user's consent is government identification collected as part of user authentication. This option is voluntary and the user decides if he/she wants government identification verification as an additional support of the verification process or not.
Payment information and payment methods: we may collect the data necessary to process payments made with lukop services, including credit card information (for example, credit card number), associated security code and billing address.
Registration through social networks: lukop provides the option for the user to register in the mobile application using pre-existing social networks and the details of the respective social networks (such as Facebook or other social network accounts). If the user registers using this option, lukop may collect certain personal information.
Data collected during use of the application: when the user uses the application the following information may be collected if the user gives consent and agrees to provide the information:

User and device geolocation details: certain functionality of lukop services including the mobile application may request permission to use the GSP of the device and identify the location of the mobile phone in order to provide specific services based on location. If the user wants to change the access of lukop or the permissions provided, they can do it from the account settings. For the safety of all users of the lukop mobile application and services, it is important to clarify that the location of a user and their device is never shared with any other user while using the lukop services.
Access to certain mobile phone or device functions: it is possible that certain functionality of the lukop services, including the mobile application, may request permission to access specific functions of the mobile phone or device, including a camera, short messaging service (SMS), and social networks accounts and/or email. If the user wants to change the lukop access or the permissions provided, they can do it from the account settings.
Push notifications: certain functionality of the lukop services, including the mobile application, may request permission to send account notifications or of specific functionality to the user. If the user wants to change the lukop access or the permissions provided, they can do it from the account settings.
Device and/or mobile phone information: It is possible that certain functionality of the lukop services, including the mobile application, automatically collects information from the user's device, including operating system, mobile phone operator, browser type and version, IP address internet protocol).

We may collect the following information when you use our App:

a) User-Provided Information: When you create an account or use certain features of our App, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and other contact details.

b) Automatically Collected Information: When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information about your device, including device identifiers, IP address, and mobile operating system.

c) In-App Events: We integrate AppsFlyer, a third-party service, to track user behavior within our App. This may include tracking in-app events, user location, and user ID.

All data collected during the use of the mobile application is strictly used to maintain the security and optimal operation of the mobile application and the various lukop services, including troubleshooting, internal performance analysis and progress monitoring.

All personal information that the user provides must be true, complete and accurate. In case of any change to the aforementioned personal information, the user must notify lukop or update the personal information from the account settings.

How does lukop process and/or use your information?

Any personal information collected is used by lukop in order to provide, improve and manage its services, protect its users, communicate with its users, and/or comply with regulations. Personal data may be used for other purposes, but always with the user's consent.

The personal information collected may be used for a variety of purposes, depending on how the user interacts with and/or uses lukop services, including:

Facilitate the user registration process and the creation of an account, including user identity authentication. It is possible that lukop uses the personal information collected to be able to facilitate the following functions: create, log in, and access the account.
Provide support to users and/or clarify any type of questions or queries that the user needs. It is possible that lukop may use the personal information collected to answer questions, queries, and/or resolve any potential problems with the requested services.

Lukpo shares data only with suppliers, consultants, contractors and/or third parties that offer and/or provide a specific service or provide a service on behalf of lukop for which they require the data and/or information collected.

Personal information collected may be shared with third parties such as: payment processors, social networks, sales and marketing monitoring tools, account registration and authentication services.

It is possible lukop may share information or data collected in specific situations such as: with business partners in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of company assets. With business partners to offer services, products and/or promotions. With third parties when lukop uses certain APIs (Application Programming Interface) of Google Maps.

lukop is not responsible for the security of information and/or personal data that users share with third parties and third party websites that may or may not be promoted in the services but that are not affiliated with lukop or the services offered by lukop.

We may share the collected information with the following third-party services:

Meta (Facebook): For marketing analytics and attribution purposes.
TikTok: For marketing analytics and attribution purposes.
Google: For marketing analytics and attribution purposes.

User Consent

By downloading and using our App, and by creating an account, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Contact List

Lukop may access and send your contacts list to our server via an API in order to syncing contacts or connecting with friends. We use this data solely for the purpose of facilitating communication between users. We do not share this information with any third parties or use it for any other purposes not explicitly stated in this policy.

Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to safeguard the personal information collected, including the contacts list. We take reasonable precautions to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.

User Consent

By using Lukop, you consent to the collection, transmission, and use of your contacts list as described in this Privacy Policy. You have the option to revoke this consent at any time by disabling contact syncing in app settings.

Data Retention

Lukop retains the contacts list data only for as long as necessary to provide the intended functionality and as required by law. Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to Lukop and does not cover any third-party apps or websites that may be linked within the app.

What payment processors does lukop use?

To enable users who list product(s) through lukop to receive payments via credit cards and other electronic payment methods for products through the Service, lukop has connected with Stripe services, Inc. ("Stripe") and PayPal Inc. ("PayPal"). In accordance with its own terms and privacy policy, Stripe offers these services directly to merchants. Some of the information sellers submit through the Service, such as credit and debit card numbers, government IDs, and bank account information, is collected by Stripe and not by lukop when sellers sign up for online payments. Likewise, any User who decides to use PayPal to pay and receive payments must accept PayPal's terms and privacy policy. lukop has no responsibility for the privacy and care of the relevant information with the use of PayPal.

How is the information processed to log in using social networks?

The lukop mobile app offers users the functionality to register or log in using social network profiles such as Facebook. When the user voluntarily selects the option to use their social networks to create or access their personal account within the lukop services, lukop may access certain information from the user's account. The information available will depend on the social network, but it is only information that the user has made public on the respective social network. The sole purpose of collecting this information and/or data is for lukop to be able to offer and execute the aforementioned services. lukop is not responsible for, nor does it have any type of control over, how the social network providers that the user is using process and/or manage the user's information.

How long will user information be stored?

User information will only be stored for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in this privacy policy unless extended retention is required or permitted by law (tax purposes or legal requirements). No section of this privacy policy requires lukop to store data for a duration or period other than the duration or period that the user has an account with lukop.

How is the information stored?

Lukop has implemented a system of appropriate security measures designed to protect the security and integrity of the information and/or data collected. However, despite lukop's security system and contingency plan, when there are online transactions over the Internet, it cannot be 100% guaranteed that hackers cannot attempt to access and/or copy personal data. Similarly, lukop will continue to implement, maintain and improve its security system to offer the best possible data protection service to its users. The user agrees to make transactions online at his own risk. It is recommended to only access lukop services using a secure network.

Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA)

Identifier for Advertisers, or IDFA for short, is a unique, random identifier (device ID) that Apple assigns to every iOS device. An IDFA would be the equivalent of a web cookie, in the sense that it enables advertisers to monitor users' engagement with their ads and keep track of their post-install activity.

We would like to clarify that the use of IDFA within our app is solely for tracking user behavior and optimizing our app's experience. It allows us to understand how users interact with our app, identify areas for improvement, and enhance the overall user experience.

Additionally, IDFA helps our marketing team analyze the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. By tracking post-install activity, we can measure the success of our marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize our campaigns.

The user has the right to access, change, remove, rectify, limit the use, revoke any type of consent to lukop regarding data and/or personal information.

Can the privacy policy change?

The lukop privacy policy can be updated if necessary. If it is updated, the revision number and the date it was updated will be indicated in order to notify users of any revisions. It is possible if there is a privacy policy update that lukop notifies its users directly. lukop recommends its users to check the privacy policy regularly to stay informed of how their personal information is processed and protected by lukop.
